Customer’s
Satisfaction on the Library of STMIK Sinar Nusantara
This mini research
is aimed at measuring the level of customer’s satisfaction toward the library of STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta. It was done by giving questionaire to a number of respondents. The
aspect tobe measured were its Personnels on their appearance and hospitality,
working hours, facility, and response.
The result as
tabulated in Table 1 was that there were respondents
saying that the personnels of library
were satisfying enough on their appearance and
hospitality. On the aspect of the working hours, five respondents stated that library had worked fair
enough while six respondent stated unsatisfying. In the overall performance aspect, the
work of library was onsidered unsatisfying
too.
From the whole
result of the data, it can be concluded that library has played its role unsatisfying. It is proven
by the highest number of the total in Table 1. However, some suggestions come
up in order to make library perform better. They are that (1) More facilities should be
added. (2) The
opening hour should be longer. (3)
The librarian staff should professional in work.
